Brow Theory HAWTHORN

This is the second time I have gotten a lash lift and tint from brow theory. I got the Korean lash lift and tint about 10 weeks ago now and the lift is still holding. I have had many lifts and they have never lasted like this one. My lashes also still feel healthy. I would highly recommend going here. As well as the manager Nikki is so amazing and all the staff are lovely. The studio is also so clean and located perfectly.

Not only is Brow Theory a beautiful salon to visit, but the service is always 10/10! Ebony and Dolly put so much care and attention into every appointment, and I always leave feeling amazing. I constantly get compliments on my lashes and the shape of my brows. ✨

I thought I’d try this place as it’s closer to home than my usual brow threading place. I was a bit surprised at the cost $37, when I usually pay $26. The service was good, but the premium price tag didn’t come with anything additional to what I’d normally receive.

There was no consultation. I was trying to say what I wanted for my shape and she didn't seem to listen nor acknowledge what I was saying. I was immediately just told to sit down on the chair and it felt like she was rushing to get started and rushing to get done. I specifically said that I wanted my eyebrows to stay sharp but left with one of them being thinner and straighter than they were before. The website says that "Each treatment begins with a thorough consultation with a member of our threading team. We will provide our expert advice and with your preferences in mind, your brows are then shaped to perfection to produce your 'Best Brows Ever." But I literally did not receive that 'thorough consultation' at all, the lady didn't seem to even want to talk to me which was disappointing. And now I have to wait weeks for my eyebrows to grow back do get them done the way I want to. The most unfortunate part is that I could tell the lady was skilled and knew how to work the thread, but failed to talk to me about anything. If you decide to come to this place, make sure you specifically ask for a consultation that you paid for.
