had my eyebrows done by Neelam today after waiting 45 minutes for her to return from lunch. While my previous experience with her was fine, this time was extremely disappointing. The session felt rushed and harsh—she injured my skin and left my eyebrows uneven and poorly shaped. I’m genuinely upset with the result and the lack of care shown during the appointment. I won’t be returning.

From the moment you walk in those doors you are greeted and treated so professionally. All the girls are beautifully natured and very lovely to talk to. Came to this amazing find today after not having my brows done for six months, because my brow lady moved away. Wow. Greater with friendly customer service. Left with incredible brow work and teeth whitening. The brow consultant knew what she was doing and what suited my face. I’d impulsively included the whitening once I discovered it via the online booking system - so affordable . The ladies guided me through my first teeth whitening process - they were both just lovely. Have already rebooked.

I recently had my brows waxed and tinted by Nae as well as my lashes refilled and she absolutely nailed it! My brow shape was perfect and my lashes lasted me weeks. Definitely my go to for brows and lashes!
