Such a lovely experience! It was my first time getting my brows and lashes done since arriving in Australia almost a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The girls were absolutely lovely, so gentle and careful throughout the whole appointment. They explained every step and really made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. English isn’t my first language and I don’t always understand everything perfectly, but she was incredibly patient with me and always took the time to explain things clearly and make sure I genuinely understood everything. I really appreciated that 🤍 I can also get quite anxious having my eyes closed for a long time as I’m claustrophobic, but she was so understanding, patient and reassuring. She really made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. The quality of the service was amazing, but what I appreciated even more was how kind and caring everyone was. You can really feel that they genuinely care about their clients, not just the final result. I absolutely love my brows and lashes and would 100% recommend this salon 🥰

I had such a great experience at Brow House in Richmond today. I went in as a model for one of the girls and honestly didn’t expect to walk out this impressed. My brows have never looked this good — the colour was absolutely perfect, the shape suited my face so well, and the mapping process was so precise. I’ve actually never had my brows mapped like that before and it made such a difference. You can really tell they take their time and care about getting everything just right. I’m beyond happy with the result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Saw the beautiful Emma to get my brows sorted before having my baby and I’m so glad I did. They looked perfect and helped me feel a little more human and put together in those first few weeks postpartum without having to actually do anything. I also really loved the time she took to chat about tint colours before getting started. Really looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely incredible!!! I had my eyebrows dyed and shaped by Emma and I can honestly say they look the best they have ever looked!!!! Emma was so lovely throughout and my brows look even better than I expected. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their brows done in Richmond!

Was very happy with my brow appointment. Jamee was very professional and helped me get a great shape on very “over plucked” brows and dye was great choice, but will probably go a bit darker for my next appointment. Highly recommend as the service was great
