Tina was just lovely, so informative, helpful and friendly. She explained everything fully and made sure she was doing what I wanted for my brows (which not everyone does). I will definitely be going back in 8 weeks for my next lamination. The only thing I didn't like is the chairs; they're very high and not that comfortable. Would be better to have chairs that you can adjust for sitting or lying down. Also, for lamination, a handout on aftercare would be useful. Besides not getting them wet for 24 hours, clients need to know when to start with the serum, etc. Regardless, I'd recommend Tina to anyone looking to get their brows done!

Lady was really good and professional. Happy with the outcome. The only issue I have on the day was an obvious lack of staff. The poor lady had to wax my eye brows and to mind the entire counter. She had to look after other customers and explain the products while she had to do my brows. That policy of understaffing to save money is actually affecting sales and services in the long run.

I went to Myer Doncaster, the girls were very professional. The lovely girl waxing my eyebrows took her time, took every hair and made be feel fresh. Highly recommend the girls at Myer Doncaster.

Tina restored the shape of my brows and was very patient teaching me how to use the brow products. She was kind, courteous, professional. I plan to book her for all my brow shaping and maintenance.
