Really good attention to detail. Got my brows sculpted and tinted here and they listen to what shade and shape you like and even make suggestions (for example, they suggested an ombré brow) that will go with your aesthetic. I’m a wimp with pain, but they were really gentle and friendly. Most meticulous brow service I’ve received. You can book this place safe in the knowledge you’re not gonna walk out the door unless it’s perfect. 10/10 would recommend

I had never seen so many positive reviews on an eyebrow place and was excited to try somewhere local. I left incredibly disappointed. I booked a last minute brow shape through the fresha app and requested a particular brow technician. I was not informed that she was unavailable nor was I told that the other technician was booked and busy. Neither of these were a bother - I'm flexible, but it is the beggining of a number of things that made this experience really disappointing. When I arrived the only technician on site was busy so I took a seat. Another client walked in immediately after me, this led the technician to rush. I was ten minutes early for my appointment and she asked me to take a seat in the chair. I did believing that the other technician was on the way. I sat in the brow chair and was asked if I wanted wax or thread. I asked for wax stating that I couldn't do threading as I had left it a while. That was the last question I was asked. The technician went between myself and the client she was tinting the brows of. She did not sanitise or was her hands between touching my face and the other clients face. The technician also did not check how I like my brows before putting wax on my face, I did not have time to say anything as my eyes were closed and the wax was put on my face with a "let me know about the temperature". I could feel the wax being put on parts I do not usually touch. The technician did not clean my brow area so my moisturiser meant the wax did not hold properly and the technician had to wax the same spot multiple times. Halfway through the the wax she returned to the other client, I had a look in the mirror the shape and length of my brow was not how I like it. But it was too late the hair is gone not much to be done. I allowed her to do the second brow hoping that they would at least match When she returned she had just finished cleaning tint of another clients face and did not wash her hands. She put her hands on my face and I felt what I can only assume was the residue of the tint remover on my cheek. My brows were not trimmed, only cleaned up with tweezers but it did not feel like anything was done with the tweezers ? When we were finished I was handed a mirror and shown my brows. I was really disappointed, they were not the same shape or size. The length was different. I get it sisters not twins, but my brows weren't even from the same family tree. And I usually would not care, but given the entire experience I'll add it on. There was no wiping away the wax or after care lotion applied. As I write this I'm sitting in my car picking wax off my face? I really wish that I was asked to wait instead of rushed through an appointment. Because now I have to wait until they grow back fully to be able to do anything about it. Update/Edit to Add: Priyanka got my number from fresha and called me. She offered free services to her credit. However I found it unprofessional to receive a call where she was strongly suggesting I remove my review. I will not be returning to Belleza.

Wow, I am so stoked. She shaped my brows perfectly to my face and got the colour right to match my fair hair. My eyelashes are also 10/10, great level of lift. She nailed it all. My new go to spot 🫶
