Belle Brow Bar - St Kilda

Walked past and spotted the “today’s special” for a lash lift and tint for $65, so I popped in. The lovely lady was able to take me straight away and talked me through each step. Super happy with the results!

Sama is fantastic! She did my brows with threading and tinting, plus my upper lip, and the results were great. She’s very professional, and the massage at the end was amazing. I arrived close to closing time, but she was still so kind and happy to help. Highly recommend St Kilda Belle Brow Bar!

Horrific experience on more than one occasion. Today my partner & I came in (he got brows threaded and I got a lash lift and tint) She started on mine, I did brief her as I have sensitive lashes not to over process as it’s happened before HERE. She left the solution on for longer then she said.. (my partner was timing) attended to another customer I called out to her because it was over time and I was getting worried and my eyes are basically glued shut, she then attended to me (as I was the first customer in there) and asked if it was ok if she finished with the other lady I said no I didn’t want to ruin my eyelashes. She started taking off the first solution the other lady was in a rush walked out without paying, the worker then had a go at me and blamed me, put on the next solution (again for longer then 10 minutes) and got distracted because the other lady came back to pay. I was holding back tears after how she spoke to me. My lashes are over developed, uneven and RUINED. SO RUDE I will NEVER come back here again, this was my 3rd or 4th visit, my partner and mum also come and we will NEVER return. Shocking customer service and have ruined my eyelashes on more than one occasion. BEWARE. Go to someone who knows what there doing not money hungry people that try to service multiple at once.
