Thank you so much again, Mahak! As always, you did an amazing job. I’d been looking for you ever since you left the eyebrow salon at Southland, so I’m so happy I found you again. Mahak always does such a beautiful job with my eyebrows and gets them just right every single time. She’s friendly, gentle, and makes the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing. I’m really happy she’s at this salon now, and I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and creates amazing brows, I can’t recommend Mahak highly enough. This is located on the first floor of Carnegie central close to Harris Scarf. This is my first time trying their services out but I got a deal from the Groupon site for eyebrow threading and temporary tinting. There was only one staff available and did a nice job. Although I cannot put water for 24hours but I think for $17 it's all worth it. The only drama was when I called them about the voucher and they had no clue, so we had to go back and forth about it.

Absolutely terrible experience. I walked in and clearly stated that I only wanted my eyebrows tidied up. I specifically said I did not want them thinned out or heavily shaped. Despite giving clear instructions, I walked out looking nothing like what I requested. As a male client, I wanted a natural clean-up. Instead, my eyebrows have been over-shaped and thinned to the point where they look completely unnatural and far more feminine than I wanted. I was genuinely shocked when I saw the result. To make matters worse, when I expressed that I wasn’t happy, I was asked if I wanted them adjusted. Adjusted how? The damage was already done. Once you’ve removed that much hair, there’s no simple adjustment that can fix it. That comment only added to my frustration because the issue wasn’t a minor touch-up, it was that my instructions had been completely ignored from the start. The most disappointing part is the lack of listening to the client. I made a very simple request and received the exact opposite. I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and extremely disappointed with the result. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. If you want someone who listens to what you ask for, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I had a lash lift and tint on Tuesday and the young Indian girl who did this, was very rough and it was a very unpleasant experience. She had a very off manner and continued to tell me to relax and stop moving your eyelids and I can’t do a good job if you continue to do this. She was rough and my eyes were very sore until the next day. On top of this, I walked away feeling very deflated after she told me I need to do something about all my wrinkles and loose skin on my face and said “what’s going on” and not to take it to heart it’s just motherly love? I don’t think she should be casting judgement and making people who may have low self esteem to feel worse about themselves. I was actually very upset after the whole unpleasant experience from a physical point of view and also psychological. Take it from me and do not have a lash lift with this girl. Sorry I forgot her name but she works on Tuesdays and I think over the weekend. I will never go back here again it was the worse experience I have ever had. If this lady reads this, I really hope you learn from this and treat your clients with respect and dignity and perhaps management should be educating her on how to treat clients. I’ll never return to this place ever again.

I had my eyebrows done here today and I’m honestly devastated with the result. I asked for a tidy-up while keeping my natural shape, but the technician removed a large section from the top of one of my eyebrows, leaving them uneven. I’ve cried four times since my appointment because of how upset I am. Eyebrows take weeks or even months to grow back, so this isn’t something that can be fixed overnight. I trusted the technician to enhance my brows, but instead I left feeling embarrassed and extremely disappointed. I hope the salon takes more care with future clients because mistakes like this can have a real impact on someone’s confidence.
