I had a full Brazilian wax with Preet and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from start to finish. The service was super fast without feeling rushed, and the results were fantastic. Preet was very thorough and got every last hair. Hello! I had an appointment for sugaring specifically as this place offers both (charges more for sugaring, important later). I specifically always look for sugaring places because I get really bad rushes from waxing. When I came to the appointment I got a bit concerned because I only saw the machines for heating up wax. I told the lady that I specifically made an appointment for sugaring as I get rushes from waxing. She said that it's sugaring but a different formula. I was a bit skeptical but as this was an urgent appointment since I was going on holiday the next day I proceeded with the service. She did it in 15 mins but when she was applying and ripping off the parts it turned out that she just used hard wax instead of soft wax. So I paid a higher price for a sugaring appointment got lied to and now I have a rush. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. She could've been honest at least at not charge me the higher price. Not sure why they have both options in their offer if they only have soft or hard wax and no sugar paste.

Preet did an amazing job on my eyebrows. Let me check if I liked it at every step. I always leave this place with good eyebrows.

My experience was very bad. The woman I got didn’t listen to me at all and did such a bad job with the threading that I had two completely different brows and had to go elsewhere to get them fixed. The person who fixed my brows said it was one of the worst jobs she had ever seen. The brow tint also washed out after one wash and the lash tint was nothing spectacular. Save your money and go elsewhere.
