Awesome Brows & Beauty

Came in for a brow wax. Unfortunately I felt like it was a quick 'get in, get out' sort of ordeal. They didn't discuss what I wanted the end result to be (what shape etc...) and I ended up having threading done, which I didn't mind but would of been nice if it was discussed. As someone that has worked in the beauty industry, consultations are important so ensure that the client can feel comfortable. Giving a three as they my brow did looks great afterwards but please work on consultations and manners.

I had my eyebrows threaded here a few months ago, and the lady who attended to me was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience today was quite different. The Indian lady who served me today seemed very rushed and unwelcoming. Not even a smile. There was no greeting, smile, or attempt to make me feel comfortable. The threading felt hurried, as though she was on a threading race. Customer service is just as important as the treatment itself. A friendly smile and welcoming attitude can make a big difference. I hope management can address this and ensure all customers receive a positive experience. Learn from the Aussies beauty salon , I would say.

I want to express my severe disappointment and dissatisfaction with my experience here. I think the lady who attended me, maybe the owner, completely spoiled my eyebrows. I have been getting my eyebrows done for many years in different salons and cities, and I know that sometimes the shape may not turn out exactly as expected, and I am usually okay with that. But this experience was different. She finished my eyebrows in less than a minute and it felt extremely rushed, rough and careless. I was genuinely shocked by the attitude and the way the service was done. On top of that, I was charged $17 for something that left me completely unhappy with the result. I have never written a review for eyebrows before, but this experience genuinely compelled me to mention it. I visited this place on 2nd May, and even after a fortnight I still have not been able to let go of the behaviour and experience, which is why I am writing this now. The whole incident left me feeling quite uneasy and disappointed ------------ Reply to the business's response.... As there is no way to reply to the business's response, I'm editing in order to add my reply. The date was 1st May, friday, please see the photo attached. As mentioned "maybe owner" (but definitely it wasn't the young girl, who always does my eyebrows with great care, respect and good service ) Exactly my point, eyebrows can't be done in 1 minute and this woman did it, therefore the grievance. Why it took me two weeks? Because, I wanted to let it go... but the intensity of that disrespectful service kept me restless and that's when I decided I should write. And finally, please Don't 'if' my concern being genuine... That's like adding insult to injury.

I recently visited this salon with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The level of service provided was far below what I would consider acceptable for a professional salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff did not seem welcoming or attentive. There was a lack of proper communication, and I felt like my concerns and preferences were not taken seriously. I had to wait longer than expected without any clear explanation or apology, which already set a negative tone for the visit.

Saba did my eyebrow reshaping and full face wax and it turned out sooo well. I told her im trying to grow my eye brow back after someone else had removed too much and Saba threaded my eyebrows shape exactly how i asked her to. She is definitely the best. Thank you so much Saba!
