The tech completely rushed my brows and was so harsh on my face. I’m okay with the pain of threading but this time it was awful. And what do you know, only 24 hours later I already have regrowth. What a wast of money. They also always try to upsell by suggesting to thread parts of my face I have absolutely no issue with. For example my forehead (what!!!!) and cheeks. Way to make someone feel insecure!

She is professional, gentle, and pays great attention to detail, making the experience comfortable every time. My eyebrows always look perfectly shaped, and the results are consistently excellent. Great service, I have been using this service for waxing my ears for last 2 years. The only issue I have is that most of the time I come to the shop to get my ears done I find writing on the desk back in 10 minutes. Otherwise the staff is very kind and skilled. Terrible store and management… I left with chemical burns after getting my eyebrows laminated with hena dye. No patch test was done prior to starting. The results were also not what I had asked for at all. I felt embarrassed to mention at the store, but I went home and emailed the owner to ask for a refund and they offfered a store credit but refused money back, as if I would want to come back!!! I sent these images to the management first and the last email I received from them they accused me of lying about having chemical burns!! I got my eyebrows done two days before going on holiday overseas and was very embarrassed to have this burn on my face Very expensive and disappointing

Simran was so lovely and polite! She made you feel welcome the moment you walked through the doors to the seat. It was my first experience here and didn’t fail nonetheless, appreciate you Sim!
