Vnails and Lashes

If i could rate this place zero stars- i would. I had the worst experience at this nail & lash salon! Immediately you can tell how unprofessional the staff are. No proper greeting, they watch tiktok’s/videos on max volume for the whole store to hear, my lash technician even spit in the sink in the studio right before doing my lashes (which i didn’t proceed with getting -i’ll explain later). The towels on the beds and tables smell horrible- like they weren’t dried properly or never washed. The staff have no uniform, they’re wearing pang bahay and slippers + u can see their dirty feet. The worst part is the staff will be so rude to each other and to us customers. Bickering over not sharing their materials or the staff won’t let the other staff use the nail polish which leaves me (the customer) questioning because that’s the polish color i want even if the other technician wasn’t near to doing her customers polish yet! My nails came out ok, i’d give it 2/5 stars because the polish did not come out evenly. It was bumpy, uneven, and so thick you can’t even see my actual nail shape anymore. THE WORST PART was that my nail technician didn’t even have tissues or cotton buds to wipe her mistakes or my hands/fingers. She would use her own hand to wipe stuff off my hand. This is one of the worst experiences i’ve had and given the price point, you can get a much better experience elsewhere.

My nail tech took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I opted for a gel manicure with nail art, and the results were stunning! The pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend Vnails to anyone looking for top-notch nail services 🥰

Not hygienic, we had to request that they not borrow each other's materials for the pedicure and foot scrub. Several of my nails were also not cut straight. Also seemed like there was a bit of staff drama around getting salaries and others leaving too early which is likely a management issue that trickles down in to the services. Would not recommend.

Horrible place! Go here if you want your nails to be completely ruined and be damaged for months to come. completely unprofessional staff and they kept saying that it's their management's fault and they just follow them. it's also really not sanitary like their things for nails are just out in the open and they do not clean or sanitize their equipment. go here if you want a headache! not worth it AT ALL
