The Brow Studio - Robinsons Place Manila

I had my eyebrows threaded today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. A special thank you to Ma'am Trixxy—her hands are incredibly light! I honestly barely felt the threading at all. Instead of discomfort, the entire experience was surprisingly relaxing. She was gentle, precise, and very skilled, and my eyebrows turned out beautifully. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

AVAIL OF THEIR SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I have been a loyal customer and have availed of tens of thousands of pesos worth of services from this studio over time. However, I just got the poorest service experience I have had. I arrived in the evening and was informed that the eyelash extension procedure would take approximately two hours... I availed the mink hair extension worth 2,200. Instead, it took significantly longer than 2 hours, and I ended up leaving the studio close to 11:00 PM. More concerning was the quality of the service itself. The extensions applied were extremely long and placed only on the upper portion of my lashes, resulting in an unnatural and unflattering look with no volume whatsoever. The outcome was so bad that I requested for the extensions to be removed immediately after application. I can't imagine how anyone can go outside with it. This caused significant irritation to my eyes that lasted for several days. During the procedure, the technician repeatedly insisted on applying eye drops without clearly explaining what product was being used. I stopped her every time thankfully. At one point, my eyes were also manually forced open to separate lashes that had become stuck together, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. What should have been a routine beauty service became a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I paid the full amount using my credit card despite being dissatisfied, but I believe this incident should be brought to your attention. The level of skill and customer care I experienced fell far below the standard I have come to expect from your studio. I hope this feedback helps improve quality control and training, as I would not want other customers to have a similar experience. And don't deploy people who aren't skilled and doesn't care about customers. No one even bothered to check on me or fix the issue. They just said it's unfixable. Terrible service. Staff at the desk just kept watching Netflix.

I’m very satisfied with this branch’s service! Everything was clean and the staff were professional. There were no scattered pieces of cotton or thread unlike in another brow threading place in the same area I’ve been to. Would definitely come back!

The staff are so nice, friendly, and attentive! Plus, they’re really skilled at what they do. Since they moved from another place, I have to say their new location is much more vibrant and appealing. I’ve been a customer for years, and I haven’t had any issues with their service at all.
