I've been a client of Ms. Ann since 2013/2014, when she was still based in Eastwood. She's the only one I trust with my brows because she always gets them right. She knows what suits me, pays attention to the details, and I always leave happy with the result. Special mention to Ms. Beng as well, who's always warm, friendly, and accommodating.

It was my first time to try and the receptionist did not greet me at all and was monotonous all throughout the interaction. She did not even bother to look and inform me about the services available, I had to look for the list of services from the laminated films stacked on the table. The experience was saved by Happy - she was the one who did my brows and even convinced me to buy the brow wax. The rating was for her because she made the whole experience satisfactory. When I was about to pay, the receptionist was consistent by not looking at me and just waited for payment. There was a foreigner who came in and all of a sudden, her whole posture switched to offer the services and even convinced her to avail the loyalty card (which I was not informed about at all). Overall, I was satisfied with Happy’s service but definitely not a good experience and I would really look for another service salon that can take care of a customer consistently.
