The staff were friendly and professional, and the specialist was very skilled and attentive to detail. They carefully shaped my brows and made sure everything looked natural and balanced. I also appreciated how they explained the process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I always look forward to getting my eyebrows done at The Brow Studio in Uptown Parade, especially with Ate Cha. She handles eyebrow threading with delicate precision because her threading skills demonstrate her complete expertise. I love how she takes the time to shape my brows perfectly according to my face, never rushing and always making sure I’m comfortable. Had a wonderful experience with the hands of Marj, kudos to her. I really like my lashes. I went back after 3 days as I understand i still have my free refill, low and behold the receptionist doesnt want to accommodate me coz Marj isnt around to do my lash refill.. was surprised that 3 days refill is pretty standard across any lash studios, so I wonder why they are insisting its Marj’s fault why Im came back for my refill. Cut the story short, they did my refill however during my session, I can hear their constant animosity with Marj and blaming. Moreso, after my session they even requested me to write an Incident report about Marj, that I wasnt happy with her esp, seems like a costumer complaint. I happy agreed but what I wrote in there was my dissatisfaction of them questioning why had my refill and not initially accommodating it. Anyways, you can spell here the bullying of their work-staff to their co workers. Pretty unprofessional hearing that as a customer. Im writing this review so that the mgmt would be aware and spare Marj for such a thing, Im pretty sure she’s being bullied there when in fact, she has very good customer handling skills and as a customer, i like her.

My Go To. The Best Brows in BGC and reasonable prices. Look for Merely to do your brows. Also have a perfect microblade with Emz. She did my Mom's ; she's so happy.
