The Brow Studio - Estancia Mall

This is my go to place for my brow clean up since 2017 (they have several branches nationwide). Thankful for their brow sub promo card 6+1. 🌸 PS. Look for Ms. Dianna in Estancia branch - she’s the best therapist! 🥰

Not a good experience from the stylist Joan. I asked for a simple thread, but she looked at my brows and told me that they needed to get reshaped, which costed more. I went to this same branch (different stylist) before with thicker brows, but they did not tell me I needed to get reshaping. But I agreed. She then proceeded to critique my brows and say that there were a lot of bald spots?? Just clean my brows, I don't need your unsolicited opinion. She spent the entire time it took to clean one brow, asking questions like have I ever shaved my brows, why are there lots of "bald spots". Mind you, I have very thick eyebrows. And I have been going to lots of different threading places for more than 10 years already, this is the first time someone has ever spoken to me this way. After the cleaning, she told me they only accepted cash, but had no change to give. The service costed 388 but I only had a 1000 peso bill. I asked if Gcash was available, she said no. I told her I only had 1000 peso bills, and she made it seem like it was my problem that she did not have change to give. We stared at each other for maybe 2-3 minutes, then she eventually just said that I could pay through GCash. Why is she like this?

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Ambiance is relaxing.
