Stylash

Lash extensions are falling only after a day (it was done by the receptionist). I went back and got it fixed but still the same problem. 2-3 days after, the lashes are twisting and pulling my real lashes. The extensions also poked my eyes that resulted to irritation.

I got my lashes done and advised the receptionist what I wanted. I asked for the longest lashes (which were 12s). I also said that I wanted something dramatic for my eyes to stand out. I picked MAXXLASHES which were P2000. Mind you, the receptionist kept advising me with styles I didn't want and was very persistent. I stick to my choice and lay down. I was not greeted by the lady who did my lashes, she did not ask me what style I wanted but the receptionist instead. I wasn't able to understand and regretfully assumed she gave her the correct instructions. The lash application was done after almost 2 hours and I look at the mirror as if nothing had been done. I ask the worker what lash length she had applied. She advised it was 10s. I told her I wanted 12s and asked what happened and why they gave me the wrong length. She proceeded to say that the receptionist advised her to do 10s. This place has terrible customer service for those who don't speak or understand tagalog. What makes it worse is the worker doing the application don't personally ask the client what service they are wanting but the receptionist. They don't confirm with the client that it's correct. I hated that fact that they still expected me to pay full price for a mistake they made. Never again will I go back to this place!! Foreigners are better to go somewhere else.
