The place is very relaxing and Absolutely love my lashes! The staff were so friendly and professional, and the salon was clean and relaxing. They took their time to make sure everything looked perfect, and the results exceeded my expectations. My lashes are beautiful, lightweight, and exactly what I wanted.

I initially wasn’t happy with how my lashes turned out, but Prime Lash went above and beyond to make things right. They were able to fix my lashes and transform them into the natural Classic look I originally wanted, and I absolutely love the final result. I also want to commend the team for their exceptional customer service. They listened to my concerns, responded with kindness and professionalism, and made sure I left satisfied. It was my first time going to Prime Lash Katipunan, and it did not disappoint! I usually get a bit of trauma after having my lashes done bec it tends to sting, but this time I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. Ate Gelly was very gentle and friendly throughout the process. I also had my nails done, and Ate Anna was amazing! She helped me pick the perf shade and even let me add an accent nail color. The results were beautiful, and their prices are def worth it. Highly recommended! 💕

I had my appointment yesterday and availed the Rolyalty and gel mani promo. The lazy boy chair was comfortable. The ambiance was relaxing. And the service was excellent. I'm so happy with how my nails have turned out. Ms. Richelle is an amazing nail artist and was able to execute the chrome and candy cane Christmas theme inspiration I had. She was so patient even though I was getting fidgety. Ms. Anna did my eyelash extensions and was really gentle with the application. She gave me a consultation because my lashes were very short and thin, so she recommended the Royalty set so that they would be light weight. They turned out great and opened up my eyes. All in all, I would be happy to go back and make this my regular nail and lash place.

First time here and it did not disappoint! Love my lashes so much and I’m ready for my ganaps! Ms. Anna is very kind and accommodating as well, will deffo go back
