If I could give this place less than 0 stars, I absolutely would. Choosing their service was one of the biggest mistakes we've made. Every peso we spent was completely wasted, and we deeply regret trusting this business. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. They don't even have an in-house eyebrow artist available, yet they continue to accept customers. We were forced to wait 30–40 minutes just for the artist to arrive, with no regard for our time or convenience. Artist herself Master Yuki was fast but she did not do it properly. She made our eyebrows uneven and making herself smart but in the end, results are worst. Imagine we were 3 and she finished it fast, wondering why? Because she pretended that she did it well, once the eyebrow is healed you will see the worsts results. The shop itself was disorganized, messy, and appeared poorly managed. There seemed to be a lack of staff, which only made the entire experience more frustrating and disappointing. Nothing about the place felt professional or worth the money we paid. I would strongly advise anyone considering this business to stay away and look elsewhere. Save yourself the wasted money, time, and effort. I genuinely hope future customers read reviews like this before becoming another victim of this terrible service.

Their branch in Mandaluyong has a very bad attitude, the staff who does eyebrows, the clinic smells so bad, the toilets are dirty, there are a lot of big cockroaches, it's very unhygenic, what if the equipment they use is urinated on by a cockroach and then used on the client's hair?

Not good for their second eyebrow session, there is a fee for the medicine, they will force you to buy it, scam.. On Gab it's not like that, it looks like cashier money here. It's ok for the first time, there is a fee for the medicine, but for the second session, they will force you to buy their medicine, you are being scammed.

Second session they will force you to buy their medicine until the second session there is no medicine fee, you are being cheated.. They will force you to buy medicine in the second session I give you zero I will never come back here
