HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED LASH SALON I went here to get my lash extensions done, but I still had recent lashes on, so I also availed their removal service. They applied lash glue remover, and some of it got into my eyes — and oh my, it was extremely painful. It felt like acid in my eyes. I’ve been getting my lashes done and removed for years, but the product they used was far too harsh. I told the staff that I wouldn’t be availing any other service and just wanted the removal done because it stung so badly that I was already cursing from the pain. After that, I suggested they switch to a better lash glue remover for the sake of their customers, but the staff brushed off my suggestion. Anyway, I will not be coming back.
My experience at Ohh La Lash MOA was excellent from start to finish. Even with my eyes closed during the service, I could hear how politely and professionally the staff interacted with every customer. They treated everyone kindly and consistently, which really says a lot about their service quality. The receptionist was especially impressive—very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She clearly explained all the lash styles and even showed pictures so I could choose exactly the look I wanted. I really appreciated how she made sure I understood everything before the procedure. My lash technician, ate Rose, was amazing. Her hands were very light, the process was comfortable, and she made sure the result matched the natural look I was aiming for. The outcome was super natural and exactly what I asked for. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit. The service, professionalism, and overall atmosphere were all great. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this branch to others. ❤️✨
Run away. My girlfriend went to get her lashes done and it was the worst experience she has ever had. She showed reference photos and clearly asked for a natural effect, but they completely messed it up. The lashes are extremely heavy and thick, the exact opposite of what she requested. Her vision is obstructed, and it hurts every time she closes her eyes. When she asked to have them removed, they said they couldn’t because the lashes were glued on too strongly. She also left with very red, irritated eyes due to product getting into them. Despite all of this, they still made her pay the full price, even though they did not respect her request and she wanted the lashes fully removed.
My wife, sister-in-law, and mother-in-law recently visited for lash services, and they all had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made them feel very welcome. The salon itself was clean, calm, and perfect for a relaxing pamper day. My wife especially mentioned how skilled her lash technician was — with a gentle touch and great attention to detail. The lash extensions were applied beautifully and felt very light and natural. Kudos to the team for such excellent service!
First off all they take 2,5 hours for lashes because they are also busy with other clients while doing ur lashes… thats very unprofessional. Also the glue they are using is to strong, my eyes feels cemented. They dont even brush out the lashes.. why? Bc its not possible due the glue. Don’t visit it really not worth it
