Just got my extensions done. Classic, 12mm length for a light, natural look. I fell asleep as soon as the tapes were put on and woke up to my lashes already done 🥳 no stinging pain. Woke up like this 🤩

I appreciate the effort, but I was disappointed with the overall service. I specifically requested a natural-looking lash set, but the result was much sparser than I expected. The application also felt rushed, which may have affected the final outcome. Considering the price I paid, I don’t feel the service provided good value. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

I was disappointed regarding the lash perm that they did to me. One was not even, okay curl, the other was broken, given that the medicine was applied again, it was not even done properly and the acting supervisor and his colleagues just let it happen instead, I wish the lash tech would have guided them. The perm was not even as in. Center of the face. The staff also did not have proper sanitation, they just held your face after making cell phones and teasing, just a little alcohol.. the management knew there was a problem and they damaged it, as if you were still indebted to them for doing something.. the lashes of the person who did the perm were really beautiful but I left the eyelash salon crying because there was no remedy but I have to wait. Despite being reported, given the pictures and talking to them, they are still under investigation. It seems like you are still begging to be compensated for the stress and trouble they caused. I don't think I will trust this lash salon and also their sister company that does lash extension perming next door. It's just scary because my lashes are damaged and some strands are broken. Which causes me anxiety and stress. Instead of relaxing and looking beautiful, you look even uglier.
