Poor quality and Minadali sya. Clumping and too much glue. A well made extension should have the same direction of the actual eyelash strand. As you can see the extension shows the strands clump together and no isolation. I had it removed after 2 days at a different lash studio, i was told thr extension placed on me was too close to my eyelid which is dangerous for my eyes. Will never go back to this place.

This old lady w/ short hair at the reception told me that next available appointment is at 8pm when I asked at 6:30pm. I left my # & name to make sure I get the spot. I even went back to make sure that my slot was sure. I waited til 8pm and she told me that the ones reserved already came! When she told me that next availability is at 8pm. So much waste of my time to wait for my turn and there's no remorse from her or even offer to reserve me at some other day. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never go here.

Not worth the price. I even showed a photo for a peg but it wasn't even near it. Paid for 1.3k but the outcome was very poor. The home service eyelash extension I got a month ago is better than this and the price is way cheaper. Not recommended!
