Lash Love

Been my go-to gel nail place for a while now. I love how my gel polish has never ever gotten chipped nor destroyed. Staff has always been kind and warm and makes sure to check if I’m happy with the service every step of the way. From the length, to the shape, down to the polish application. ☺️ Had my lashes done here too once or twice. Just expect a more natural look compared to other lash salons. Which I quite like cause people don’t notice that I have extensions on and always say that it’s not so obvious.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lashlove always provides the best service! The clinic is spotless, the staff are incredibly accommodating, and the entire experience is so relaxing that I often fall into my deepest sleep while having my lashes done. My lash extensions also last a long time, which is a huge plus. Highly recommended—definitely a keeper!

I’m really disappointed with our experience at Lash Love BGC. I took my best friend for a pedicure and not long after the appointment, her toes developed a serious infection and she ended up needing antibiotics. We contacted the salon to ask for a refund. At first they refused. After a lot of back and forth they finally agreed, but then told us the refund would be taken from the nail technician’s salary. That felt like very poor practice and made us uncomfortable. We do not think staff should personally shoulder the cost of issues that point to hygiene or management problems. Because of this, we decided not to accept the refund and will just let it go. We are sharing this experience so others are aware. We hope the salon improves its sanitation standards and how it handles situations like this. We will not be returning.

I liked the simple aesthetics of this lash salon and the fact that it wasn’t crowded. I picked the 120 lashes for ₱1,500 (US$ 25.69) and I’m happy to report that it was worth the price. I’m impressed by the durability of the lashes that they put on me. I even went to the beach yet my eyelash extensions stayed in tact. My only comment is that one of the staff was scrolling through social media the entire time. Not that it was bad, just that she didn’t have an earphone so we could all hear her phone. It sort of ruined the mood of the place. I was trying to relax but the loud audio of her phone made it challenging for me. Other than that, I liked the service.

My go to Mani and Pedi salon. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. The vibes is very relaxing. Shoutout to Che for the superb service.
