My first impression of Labellash was a bit off. The woman at the front desk came across as somewhat unwelcoming, almost as if we hadn’t reserved a proper time slot. It set an awkward tone at the start. That said, the actual procedure went smoothly and the outcome was really good. The quality of the service itself met expectations and I was satisfied with the results. I do suggest that the front desk staff be more friendly and welcoming, as a warm greeting and positive demeanor make a big difference in the overall customer experience—especially for potential or first-time clients. Overall, it was a fair experience with good results, just room for improvement in customer interaction. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ - outcome of her brows ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - for the contemptuous welcome

​I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Despite sharing a reference photo and sample beforehand, the team disregarded my instructions and defaulted to their standard protocol, which yielded an unsatisfactory result. The front desk staff handled my complaint very unprofessionally, refusing to listen and repeatedly insisting they were right. To make matters worse, the manager was off-site at another branch, and ultimately, no resolution or compensation was offered. I expect far better service and accountability.

All staff is mababait and accommodating. Ms. Brandy is so mabait. I am really happy and satisfied with my brows and eyelash.

Very disappointing eyelash extension experience. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my eyelash extensions. The lashes were way too thick, heavy, and unnatural-looking. I specifically wanted a more flattering and comfortable look, but what I got looked like two heavy strips of lashes glued onto my eyes. 😭 the overall result was far from what I expected. What made the experience even worse was the front desk staff’s attitude and communication with the client. They did not know how to communicate properly or professionally. Instead of listening to the client’s concerns and trying to understand what the client wanted, they were arguing and insisting on what they wanted. It felt like my preference as a paying customer didn’t matter at all. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and a more professional service. I hope the salon can improve their technique and pay more attention to the customers comfort and satisfaction. Sadly, I would not recommend getting eyelash extensions here based on my experience.

I was happy with the results of my eyebrows, they were beautiful and very natural. I only waited a little while even though I reserved a timeslot.
