Customer Complaint I am a regular customer due to the salon’s proximity to my home. As a Korean with experience working in beauty clinics, I have noticed the service quality here is often below standard. Despite this, I have continued to visit because of convenience. However, I have experienced ongoing issues with poor service and lack of accountability, particularly with nail services. Incident Details: 1. I visited the salon on November 11 to get my nails done. I informed the technician that my nails were brittle and requested thicker nails. They assured me they would use extra base and top coats. Despite some visible flaws (wrinkles and uneven polish), I didn’t complain. 2. The next day, one nail broke painfully under the nail bed. When I returned to the salon, they demanded additional charges for the repair, claiming the technician had suggested builder gel for added strength during my initial visit and that I refused. This is completely false—no such suggestion was made, and I did not decline any recommendations. I requested contact details for authorized personnel, such as a manager or owner, but the branch refused and redirected me to the Makati branch. The Makati branch stated they had no authority and could only try to convince the technician to do a free repair. 3. Following the repair, more nail broke in the subsequent days. I messaged the salon but received no response. This lack of responsibility, false accusations, and failure to provide quality service are unacceptable. I request immediate action to resolve this matter, including repairs at no additional cost and an acknowledgment of the issues caused by the salon’s poor service.
