It's my first time trying out their services, although my nails look pretty good, the eyelash retention is not good. Had to set another appt after less than 2weeks to have them refilled. I wanted to know if it's a "me" problem, kaya nagparefill ako. After 4 days of the refill, I already have a section fall out. While they claim that their lashes are "kuskos proof", mine fell out without even touching my lashes too much, kasi I need it to last for a certain occasion. The ladies who made my nails and lashes are nice, I'm just disappointed with the outcome of my lash extensions. (1st and 2nd pic was when I had it refilled, the short clip is what they look like now)

I was honestly disappointed with the result, especially since this was my first-ever lash extension experience. First, the lashes were not even, the two sides looked noticeably different. Second, I specifically told the lash tech, Sam, that I wanted a classic, natural-looking set. However, she proceeded with a very thick, mascara-like look, which was not what I asked for. I told her after doing my lashes that the lashes were too thick for my liking, but instead of addressing the concern, she simply said, “Balik ka na lang, Ma’am. Next time, natural na lang ang ipagawa mo.” That was frustrating because natural-looking lashes were exactly what I requested from the beginning. I expected her to listen to my preference and adjust the set accordingly rather than proceeding with what she thought would look good. I understand that lash styles can be subjective, but as a client, I believe my requested style should be respected, especially when I clearly communicated what I wanted. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the service or the result. Being told to just come back next time and request a thinner set felt disappointing, considering that was already what I asked for in the first place. Definitely not going back, and I would not recommend Sam as a lash tech based on my experience. Kung pwede lang i-0 star I’d definitely rate it 0.

I went here a week ago to have my nails, lashes done. Lashes were fine but the softgel nail extensions I had were terrible. It’s definitely not worth the 700-800 pesos that you’ll pay. On the second day alone one nail has already fallen off. And I barely do anything that can strain my hands or fingers. I went back to have it fixed but they fixed it so bad that the next day it fell off again. So today is week two and I only have two nail extensions intact and the funny thing is that they did it so badly that when the nails came off there wasn’t even trauma in the nails.

I really love my nails that they've done to meeee. Especially my lashes it's so light weight and also they're recommending styles based on your eye shape! Kudos to my nail tech and lash tech they are so light handed ❤️

I got eyelash extensions and my eyes were got both irritated. This is isn’t my first time having extensions and I tried different salon as well. I informed them and advised me this *see photos for reference* but they went back to me. There’s no option to post a review on their fb page too.
