This is for the Nails. Although the nail tech is nice, the nails they did to me is crooked and uneven she blamed it on my finger but ill say its a skill issue. You can also see my original nail (nail bed) from the sides it didn't get covered or filled by the extension and it goes up from the plane axis, french tips uneven. got these for like 960pesos or something. I mean the press on that I got from shein for 200 pesos looks way nicer (the longer nails). 5⭐️ for the eyelashes baby theyre really nice and lasts for a month.

Did lashes on 10 Nov - my eyes were stinging but I brushed it off as some other places have that effect on me too. Lashes felt so light, I liked it. Fast forward 9 days later, am disappointed with their lash extensions. Barely lasted 2 weeks before cluster of lashes are hanging by a single natural lash! I had no choice but to pluck it out as it couldn't hold onto my natural lashes. I've done lashes multiple times in my life and this is by far the worst. Definitely not recommended. I will be visiting Manila from time to time for business, and safe to say - I won't be returning to this shop for lash services.

Place is easy to find. I arrived prior the shop opened (my appointment was 10am) and was immediately accommodated after the staff arrived. Service was okay, place was quiet and relaxing. Many lash techs are available so you would not wait for a long time as long as you arrive on your appointment time. Very easy to secure slots as well. Their lash techs will also help you choosing the style you want and whether it will suit your eye shape. They offer many services so check out their FB page for appointments.

It was my first time going to this salon for eyelash extensions. The salon's appearance was acceptable, and the receptionist welcomed clients well. However, the services were disappointing. Four out of six technicians were noisy, talking as if they were in a marketplace. Among all the salons I've visited for eyelash extensions, this Malate branch was the worst. The technician who handled me was so unprofessional that I'd rate her 1/5. I'm sorry, but this is the first time in my life that I'm giving such a low review. If she happens to read this, she’ll know I’m talking about her. She was very noisy. Usually, we women go to salons to relax—sometimes I even fall asleep at other salons. But here, I ended up feeling stressed. Instead of getting an eyebrow lamination as planned, I decided not to avail it anymore. Although I understand that technicians need to communicate with each other, they should ensure that their conversations aren’t so loud, especially when they’re on duty. My eyelashes could have turned out beautifully if she had only focused on her work. My concern is that they weren’t done evenly, and she insisted on taking picture of my eyelashes even without my consent. However, the other technicians nearby were polite in dealing with their clients . That’s why I don’t understand why she’s the only one like that. As an employee myself, I know that a company’s livelihood also depends on its clients.. It makes you question whether Management ensures their technicians undergo proper training. Please take my rating as a way to address this issue so that future clients can receive better service.
