I paid 1200 pesos for glam lashes 2 weeks ago, she spent less than 40mins on both eyes. Half of the lashes have already fallen off, and my right eye got really irritated to the point I woke up with it shut from the dryness! I’ve been using eye drops frequently to help soothe. They use cluster lashes and not individual lashes, which is why it’s so quick to fall out in clumps.

Had my lashes done here months back and had a pleasant experience. The staff that attended to me was fast, did not make me feel uncomfortable, and did a good job. The lashes looked pretty and lasted for weeks (as a complete set). I had the natural lashes done, but might try the subtle next time for a more day to day look. They can improve on their interior and seating but this was a non-issue for me.

Yesterday, I decided to give their service a try. For such a price, I would not say its worth it and spend your money elsewhere. Firstly, the staff were all loud, casually making so much noise about their own personal lives. I already felt irritated because of this, as it should be relaxing. Secondly, after the process, i told the lady i felt that i have stabbing in my eye and the lashes were so thick. Her explanation was that its because I had high volume lash choice. Though she was a nice lady and tried to fix it by trying to reseparate each lash, i cant ignore the fact that I’m gonna have 3-4 weeks of discomfort in my eye (if i were to keep it) what a waste of money. Everytime i touch my eye, it feels likes it being scratched. Thirdly, the hygiene was not amazing. When i told them about the uncomfort of my eye, they gave a half opened eye drops bottle… that already scream safety hazard. When the lash service started, i realised she didnt give my lashes a thoroug cleaning first. I hope someone read this review first before trying their services as i really wish i did read the reviews before going with their service and paying ₱2,400 for full discomfort.

Eyelash lift are all crooked. I asked them why it’s crooked and they explained that it’s the solution and that it will get straighter after 24 hours. Paid 1,800 + tip for this.

The first rule of eyelash extensions is to attach them to the lashes, not the skin—but mine were placed on my eyelids instead. It was done in less than 30 minutes, felt uncomfortable, and was a total waste of money. They're not professionals, and I’m never going back!
