Title: Disappointing Experience at HBL Las Piñas My recent visit to HBL Las Piñas left me extremely dissatisfied. I encountered hidden charges, an unreasonably long wait during the second session, and poor customer service. Firstly, the salon failed to disclose the presence of hidden charges during the initial booking or consultation. This lack of transparency was disappointing and made me question the integrity of the salon's pricing policies. Furthermore, during the second session of the service, I was subjected to an unexpectedly long wait of two hours. What added to my disappointment was the complete lack of notice or apologies from the staff. This level of disregard for my time was unacceptable and displayed a lack of professionalism. Lastly, the customer service at HBL Las Piñas was severely lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, providing me with a poor experience overall. I felt undervalued as a customer and my concerns were not adequately addressed. Considering these circumstances, I cannot recommend HBL Las Piñas. The hidden charges, excessive wait times, and poor customer service highlight serious shortcomings in their operations. I advise others to explore alternative options where their time and money will be better respected and where superior customer service is a priority.

my brows are well done. They did combo of microblading and microshading aka ombre. Very happy with the result.

This is based on my experience. The staff is accommodating and kind, but I didn't like the lashes service because it was free, it seemed like it was just glued on, it was removed in 1 day, and the glue was very painful. I don't think it was like that because I've visited other well-known eyelash shops, their services are different. But for me, even if it's free, it should be the same as paying, because that's where you show that it's not because it's free, it's not quality, even if it's free, it should be good because if the customer likes it, they will come back and come back because they are satisfied.

I don't like their BB Glow.. they're not exfoliating or cleaning the face before putting the cream.. they just apply the anesthesia cream after wiping the face once with wipes.. I just regret the 4 sessions I availed, I should have finished them first before agreeing to additional sessions.. after the procedure, my face is super dry and it hurts while doing the procedure.. after the procedure, you can see the white heads that have built up because they didn't clean the face before putting the concealer.. NEVER AGAIN HERE!!
