Happy Brows - Gateway Mall

The service was too quick, I entered the store at 6:57PM, they started doing the service I availed at 7:01 PM and finished it in 4 minutes at 7:05 PM. For customers who are too busy and wanting things done right away, this is a good thing but for first timers and wanting to relax while having their eyebrows waxed, this was too quick. I like the result but hoping that they can take some time to connect with their customers too, asked some questions like the style or preferred eyebrow, or if it's their first time doing it as I got shocked by the hot wax but I did not say anything because I have high pain tolerance. The store location is hard to find too. But I like the ambiance and the cleanliness of the store. It's a Saturday where customers are supposed to come but I am the only customer during that time and it tells a lot when it comes to the connection and relationship they build with their customers more than the fast and quick service.

Good service but the atmosphere and ambience is not good. The girls in the shop are noisy. Dami nilang chika huhu. Plus yung music pa is so loud. They keep playing songs na rap or hiphop. Hope this can change cause I relly like the service there

My experience was great, no extra or unwanted hair was left after my threading process. They really took time to give me the best service they can give, but it also didn't take that long just to be clear. Overall, I am satisfied with their service and I'm surely gonna come back for more!

I used to be a regular customer at Happy Brows and would always go there for wax and threading services. In the past, I appreciated their gentle and caring approach, which made every visit comfortable and worth it. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. When I visited last February, the service was noticeably poor. The staff were not gentle and didn’t seem to care about the customer experience at all. Hoping it was just a one-time thing, I gave them another chance and returned this month—but unfortunately, the service was still the same. The level of care and professionalism they once had is no longer there. What’s even more frustrating is that they seem to choose which customers to treat well. If they think someone won’t give a tip or doesn’t look wealthy, they don’t treat them properly. This kind of attitude is very unprofessional and unfair.

Yesterday, I had one of the best waxing experiences at Happy Brows! This salon used to be my third choice for waxing appointments, but after my visit, it’s definitely moved to the top of my list. The wax specialist was amazing—she listened to all my requests and made sure everything was done just right. She was also incredibly patient and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. When I left something behind, they went out of their way to return it to me, which really showed their commitment to great customer service. I want to commend everyone at this branch for making me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and will absolutely be coming back!
