I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Glam Nail & Lashes Salon in JP Rizal Extension, Taguig. Unfortunately, the service I received was not worth the amount I paid. The price was quite expensive, and while I don't mind paying more for good-quality service, I expect the results to be professional and worth the price. My friend and I both had our eyelashes done. In my case, the person who did my lashes was actually called from outside the salon. I trusted the manager/owner's approach and was confident that I would receive good service. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the result. The lashes were applied extremely high, almost reaching my eyebrows, and the volume was far too heavy for my eyes and face. I immediately felt uncomfortable and told them that my eyes were already hurting. They had to remove and reapply the lashes, which was very painful and uncomfortable. Even after doing so, the final result was still uneven. The thickness and volume were noticeably different from one eye to the other, and the overall application looked poorly done. What disappointed me the most was that the staff seemed to continue despite the obvious discomfort and the fact that the lashes did not suit my eyes. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. It was a waste of money and left me extremely disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their services and the training of the people they allow to perform treatments.
