My lashes were made by Annsh and my nail extensions where made by Gelo they are excellent nail tech and lash tech would recommend them 1000% will come again and they are very friendly 🩷🩷🩷

Gel polish peeled off after a few hours, toe nail is bleeding, nail bed shaved down too thin during removal, tools were not sanitized and technician was eating while handling my feet.

When I first went to their salon, I was very satisfied with the outcome of my nails. I had soft gel nail extensions done. After two months, I went back to the same branch. Unfortunately, I was disappointed this time. My hands got wounded because the nail technician cut my nails too short. The design also didn’t match what I showed them it had uneven edges, and the gel polish was way too thick. It’s disappointing that they allow nail technicians to work on clients even if they aren’t properly trained. Their staff were also constantly on their phones, even making video calls while working on my nails. Update: One of their staff or possibly the owner, offered to redo my nails for free due to the inconvenience I experienced. I went to their main branch, and they were able to fix my nails. I really love the outcome! I appreciate that they were willing to provide a resolution. They may still be a work in progress toward perfection, but I truly admire how they care for their clients afterwards. I’ll definitely come back for the same service in the future. Thank you!

Tin is one of the Best Nail Tech in Pablo Ocampo Branch I want to give Commendation to Tin . she's rockstar and she always make sure Im always satisfied.
