Quality is mid. Not extraordinarily nice but not too bad anyways - you get what you pay for lang. Some of the gel polish overflowed and hardened near the skin of my fingers. I would have complained but the mood in the salon was crazy. During my visit, the two staff members on shift were openly bad-mouthing other people, including coworkers and clients. At one point, a new customer came in and was told that her previous visit had caused a deduction in someone’s pay, which felt uncomfortable to witness. I understand that everyone has frustrations, especially at work, but having those conversations in front of customers creates a tense and unwelcoming environment. For me, getting my nails done is usually meant to be a relaxing experience, but the overall vibe made it hard to fully enjoy that time. That said, I also recognize that there may be factors behind the scenes like a stressful or challenging work environment that contribute to this. I’d suggest managing expectations if you plan to visit. The pricing is affordable, and you do get what you pay for, but it may not be the most relaxing or polished experience. Also, it might help if the business updates their Facebook and website listings. I went in expecting a promo that turned out to be outdated, which was a bit misleading. Another comment will be with the lashes of one of your nail techs. Not sure if it was done in the salon but I would assume so because they work there. There were already gaps and they’re going in different directions. Not the best look for the quality of work for lash extensions. Overall, not bad, not good and definitely not the friendliest place you’ll go to.

Best staff ever! I had to get my nails (mani and pedi) done for an urgent gala this week so I booked an appointment via their messenger at 7.30pm. When I arrived I was immediately assisted by Ms. Reena, Ms. Tin and Ms. Juice pronto! All worked together on me simultaneously to get my service done asap as the shop was about to close. I urgently showed Ms. Reena and Ms. Tin the nail art I wanted and they did not disappoint! Ms. Tin smoothly and swiftly did the nail art in under 30 mins! What a pro! New loyal customer here! Highly recommend!
