I recently tried package 1, which included a one-hour massage and ventosa with ear candling. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the services provided. The massage therapist seemed rushed, and the ear candling process was not as effective as I had hoped. I believe there was a lack of attention to detail, which affected the overall experience. I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions on how to improve the services in the future.
Staffs are kind but they are very noisy. They gossip around and make a lot of noises. Its not a relaxing experience. Probably wont come back again.
Definitely the worst eyebrow threading experience I’ve had. I’ve been threading my eyebrows for years, but this was the first time I experienced a session where the staff didn’t even ask me to stretch my eyelid to minimize the pain. I repeatedly told her it was painful, but she didn’t seem bothered. I was the one who asked if I should stretch my eyelid, and her response was, “Kayo po, ma’am.” Another reason it was so uncomfortable is because the staff (Cheska) was standing too far from my face. She didn’t even lean closer to clearly see what she was doing. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but when she finally asked me to check, I was very disappointed—there was literally no difference. She only cleaned up the top area above my eyelid, but didn’t touch the uneven growth on top of my brows, which is normally part of the threading. In the end, another staff (Jazz) had to finish the job that Cheska started. Mind you, walang sorry from Cheska. When I paid at the counter, I saw the owner—who I actually recognized from my previous visits. I gave feedback about Cheska to the staff at the counter, but even with the owner right there, she didn’t say anything or react at all, which was disappointing. On top of that, the staff were noisy, chatting and gossiping while customers were around. It’s very unprofessional and honestly annoying, though I usually just keep quiet about it. I often end up here only because the line at Lay Bare is too long, but after this experience, I’d rather wait in line than go back to this place again.
We availed the hand and foot spa package plus an additional foot massage, but I only received the foot spa, no hand spa at all. The massage felt weak and lacked proper technique, despite me requesting a harder pressure. They also charge an extra 50 pesos for decent nail polish colors, while the free options were so unappealing it felt like we were being pushed to upgrade. On top of that, the staff were gossiping about each other during the service, which was very unprofessional. customers come to relax, not to overhear internal drama. They also handed out tip envelopes, which felt inappropriate.
Worst eyebrow thread I had. No proper sanitation, staff seemed unprofessional and has no proper training regarding eyebrow thread. No aftercare care lol, they’ll leave you alone once they’re done, didn’t even provided a soothing gel. Wouldn’t recommend to others.
