When I came in, the manager told me to write my name and the service I would like with her sitting on the couch, which to me is rude. Secondly, I've been asked to wait for at least 15 minutes, although they don't have any customers to accommodate inside. The other staff sat beside the manager using both their phones, and when I was called in inside, they didn't even bother to close the curtain for privacy and asked me how long the eyelash extension I would like without looking at me because she was using her phone. I even asked her what size of the eyelash would suit me, but the staff didn't respond and proceeded with the service. She even asked me to hold the mini fan afterwards to dry the glue. It was not a great experience, and I would suggest finding another shop with good service. PS. She put it too close to the roots which pokes and irritates my eyelids. It's uncomfortable and it stings.

Worst experience ever!! Unfriendly staff, I went for a lash extension and within 2 days I got to remove them because they were so irritating and I got an eye infection. I used to get extensions every time but this time my money was wasted here. Such a bad experience!! I don’t remember the name of the person who did my extension but surely she was not good!!!!!

SM Southmall branch service is so mediocre that is just a waste of money. If you want so then be my guest.
