BROWLOUNGE

I have had my brows done at this branch and in SM North EDSA. Customer service is poor and employees are unhygienic (touching and blowing their nose, not sanitizing, then handling clients). Asked for a Brow Tidy, expecting that my natural brow shape would be followed but ended up going home with uneven pencil brows from the 2000s. Worst Brow Lounge branch ever!

How come that no antibiotic oitment was appilied after armpit and eyebrow threading unlike other salon with almost the same price. This is the first time my wife and daughter experianced that kind of practice. Is it pagtitipid lang or what? Not a good experience for them. Poor customer service and practice

The ambiance is not relaxing at all. The music is too loud to the point that the staff are shouting at each other when talking.

I am a frequent visitor in SMNE branch but SMGC is the worst branch I've visited. The phone number posted is not responding to messages and calls. Went to SMGC branch to avail services but they don't accept Gcash (as what I've been told by the receptionist) even though there's a sign on the entrance that Gcash is accepted. I wasn't even greeted properly upon entering the establishment and ignored me afterwards.

I’ve been going to Brow Lounge since 2015, and aside from the Festival Mall branch, SM Grand Central is my next go-to! 😊 Rhea has been my wax technician since 2021, and I always love her service. She’s really good at what she does, and my waxing experience is always comfortable and well done. I always leave satisfied every time I visit. Highly recommend Rhea and Brow Lounge! Great service as always. ❤️
