I'm really happy with the service I receive from here. The staff are professional and courteous. I like the way they do my brows, they listen to what you want. The prices are a bit steep hence less half star but that wasn't possible.

I booked for sunday, 10 AM for a lashes service. They called me the next day and tell me they cant accomodate me because by 11 AM they have another appointment. They told me i should move it to ANOTHER DAY which is not possible for me. I dont understand why they kicked me to another day while the appointment system made it possible for me to book 10 AM but the lashes service takes 1.5 hours. Why did the system allows it? Terrible service. Terrible online appoinment system. I ended up telling them I shall bring my money somewhere else where the service is better. Awful.

I think it's my first time in this branch. I arrived on time but they weren't ready to accommodate me on time. I already have problematic eyebrows. I told the therapist to maintain the shape, just clean up a little. But no! The therapist made my one short eyebrow even shorter and didn't realize until I pointed it out. So she made the other eyebrow short as well but it's still not balanced. Failed to follow basic instructions. Failed to use good judgment or to see what needs to be done to simply maintain my eyebrows as they were. Other branches are ok. Don't go to this branch.

I'm very happy with the service. They are very polite and professional. I did upper lip and brow threading (done by Irene!) She did a fantastic job!
