They are skilled, yes, but the staffs’ attitude is not what i expected for the price they offer. It felt like they were hurrying and already asking me to leave, when i was still looking at my brows after the threading. The staff was assuming that it’s already okay, and implicitly wanted me to get out of the chair. The experience was waaay different from others i’ve been to, whose staff were very warm, takes their time and were kind. As a renown brand for the beauty industry, i think they should work on their staffs’ etiquette. Not to mention, their online booking is also a flop. 🙃
