Browhaus Greenbelt 5

This was my daughter's first experience with eyebrow threading at Browhaus, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory due to the lack of professional training evident at Browhaus. My daughter sustained scabs and wounds around her eyes, accompanied by bleeding as a direct result of the threading. I am compelled to file a formal complaint to ensure this level of negligence does not recur within your establishment. Such an incident should never happen to any client.

Browhaus was a great experience for eyebrow threading. I walked in without an appointment, was taken in quickly, and the service was done in a private room. The threading was fast, clean, and efficient. Very convenient and professional overall.

Very quick and almost painless. Private rooms as well so it’s not awkward. Cute and bright interiors! Will go back

My first visit will also be the last and I will never come back! I think they only get the job done and that’s it. Not a care for the customer at all. The lash tech assigned to me was so rash and had no remorse having said that I was experiencing discomfort. The worst customer experience from such overpriced services.

Unless you are white, a foreigner, or a celebrity, that's when they notice you and give you the service you asked for. I walked in, they asked for my name and other details and they went on with a client. Thinking all rooms/brow professionals were all booked, I waited for about 15 mins. Then some english speaking/foreigner came in with no reservation (I heard when she was asked) and the same service as I was getting and they immediately let her into one of their rooms. I was willing to let it slide thinking they might be understaffed and they just "forgot" about me, I asked someone if was there anyone available to do the service I asked for and they kept going inside the staff room "acting" like looking for someone to assist me until no one was facing me anymore. I've done my brows at Rockwell before though and didnt have this issue. 🤷🏽‍♀️
