So overpriced for the lashes. I don’t mind paying more if the service and quality are worth it, but these lashes were so itchy and uncomfortable that I cried all night because of the irritation. I think the lashes or glue were applied too close to my eyelid skin, and there’s still glue stuck on my eyelid until now. I honestly want to remove them already, but nanghihinayang ako sa almost 1k+ na binayad ko. 😭 Eyebrows are superb but lashesss? Huhu no never again

They don't train their lash technicians to think. I had a serious allergic reaction and a sharp moment of pain because the stylist inserted a lash into the folds of my eyelid when she was only supposed to press them on top. I told her repeatedly that I was feeling the eyelash inside my eye already, and she kept telling me that that was not the case, continuing to do the same thing she was doing that was causing my reaction until it caused a scratch in my cornea as per my eye doctor after visiting for the reaction. Your crew doesn't know how to modify their service to the client's situation and must have been blindly following a template. You have no business operating a salon with poor training and staff.

Lady there overdone my lash lift leaving them brittle and super dry. Doing the entire session while sitting down was also a very uncomfortable experience. This is the second brow lounge branch I tried and had bad experience in both. Will probably look elsewhere next time.

I won't recommend this branch. The staff's hands are so heavy. After the service, she left me without assisting me or asking me if I was okay. I thought my eyes were just painful because of the solutions so I still gave her a tip. But I never experience this horrible case. I woke up the other day and my left eye was too red. Forgot to check her name. Small, kinda old lady. Please if you don't want to experience this scenario, DON'T GO HERE. Worst staff!

I recently tried their eyebrow threading for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. Contrary to what I had heard, I found it to be painless. The lash extension was also lightweight and looked natural. Ate Miah was very accommodating and gentle with her technique. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.
