Brow Lounge Trinoma Mall

I had my tidy brows procedure done last night. The result was okay and clean. But the staff did my brows really fast and it hurt so much and before the treatment was done I greeted her good evening and she just rolled her eyes. Just a constructive criticism ✌️

Never going back here. I went for a brow tidy (threading), and it hurt more than normal. It was still painful a day after the session, and upon closer inspection, it's because I had cuts on my eyelids already. The lady was too heavy-handed and seemed to be in a rush. Nasugatan tuloy ako, mga 4-5 cuts total.

Hours said it opens at 10am; I was waiting for 10minutes around 10:20am and no one was inside. Door was locked

I wished that i have never been there at all. My experience was bad because until now after 2 days of eyebrow trimmings, it still hurts. The skin beneath my brows has some little red dots..That girl who have done this took so little time trimming my brows as if she will tend to do her laundry. Para siyang rnagmamadali teh may lakad ka pa? Ang sakit tlaga nia trumabaho. I will never go back again to that shop. Sayang lang tip q!

I tried growing out my eye brows so that I could avail brow shaping because I was not satisfied with my previous eyebrow work from the other Brow Lounge branch. So I came to Brow Lounge Trinoma Branch and availed brow shaping. The result was terrible! I mean HIDEOUS!!!! I was not happy at all!!! They made my brow shorter which was not like this before when I was availing the same service!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING IN THAT BRANCH EVER AGAIN!!! If there is a no star rate I would probably have done that!!!!!
