Brow Lounge SM Sta.Mesa

Just had an eyebrow thread this morning Jan. 18, the first staff told me eyebrow thread cost 180 pesos only because my eyebrow's has a shape already but the 2nd staff told me when she was about to start the thread said it’s 340 due to my bushy brows but I know to my self it has a shape. I was hesitant to get up and cancel the service as she was about to start. I just think maybe it’s better than the others but I was wrong, the service was so fast and my brow was not aligned. Worst threading experienced! I should have go LAY BARE instead. I was scammed. Very disappointing.

Worst underarm waxing experience ever. In other salons, the staff usually check if the wax is too hot and warn you before peeling it off like “Ma’am, tanggalin ko na po ah.” However, at Brow Lounge in SM Sta. Mesa, the staff didn’t ask me anything at all!!! She just kept applying the wax without checking on me, and it felt like she was rushing, even though two lang kami ng sister ko yung customers nila at that time. So I was completely caught off guard by the heat and the sudden pull. I will never go here again!

I am very happy of the service of Ms. Carol.. the way she thread my brow.. very light of her hand. She is the asset here in Sta Mesa. Even I am far from SM Sta. Mesa.. I still go there to fix my brow!

My experience with this salon is very nice actually its the only salon I trust now specially in waxing and threading.. why? Because I did my first time waxing here my underarm, legs and the brazillian🤭.. employees are friendly and they accommodate us great.
