Brow Lounge - SM Southmall

I dont know who taught this person waxing. Ot if she thinks its so cool to do waxing like this. She always breaks half of the hair and some parts will not even be waxed properly. I don't know why she always come as if she is professional. I can do wax myself 100times better than her. Worst experience. And this is not my first time. I complaint while paying after service also. But she always does the same everytime.

My go-to place for my eyebrows! Ms. Allen is my favorite, but I can vouch for the entire team — they're all professional and very nice. This branch usually gets crowded, especially after work hours and on weekends! 😊

I am not happy nor satisfied! I was there for Tidy Eyebrows service only but suddenly they upgraded the service without explaining to me and that I will be paying more. They shaped my eyebrows and it's not good! It became so thin and not even, one is thicker than the other one. My brows sucks and I paid extra for this! They should explain further and be clear when they are offering or suggesting clients to upgrade services. It is not good that they just decided to upgrade it and you just need to pay extra more! And you can't do anything about it coz it's already done without you knowing!

Ms Allen did a great job on my thin and sabog brows! I love it! Super satisfied with the service.
