Brow Lounge SM San Lazaro

The place smelled very bad. Very average services. Only come here for their brow tidy services. In the past, very unhygienic ang way ng pag thread nila. Ngayon baka due to the covid19 pandemic, they implemented hygienic practices na. The staff din are almost always seen chatting amongst themselves. No air of professionalism at all. Since this is the nearest brow studio to my place, that’s their only plus side kaya 2 stars. And the brow salon where I used to get my brows done closed. If you can find a better place, please do so.

Got a lash lift from this place 3 weeks ago and I totally regret it. I was strolling around the mall with my sister when we found this place and how they had promo/discount for lash services, so we thought to try it out. The staff were very nice and friendly, but their services are awful. After the lash lift, i noticed my left lashes were messy unlike the other one, so I told the lady that and she said its bc my lashes were shorter and thinner. And i was like, okay but then realized later that they looked pretty ugly so I came back and asked her to re-do/fix it which she did and it turned out pretty okay but i couldnt see clearly for about 15 mins after that maybe bc of the glue or whatever formula they put in. Same goes for my sister, who suffered more than me as she had irritated eyes every morning, saying she felt her lids sticking close making it hard to open her eyes and couldnt help but try and rub it off, which made it worse obviously. So after a while she had to go to another place to have it removed and fixed. Now, she has pretty lashes while I am stuck with spider lashes, bc apparently I have to wait 1-2 months before i can have anything done to my lashes again :/ So yeah, total regret for wasting 1k just to mess up my lashes.

The staff here are very rude and unhelpful. They were unhygienic, rushed through the service, and had a very unapproachable attitude. Instead of focusing on their work, they kept gossiping with each other. My brows don’t even look tidy

The place is tidy and bright. The staff are nice as well. Ate Glo is my go-to person for eye brow threading. They currently have their eye lash perming on an appointment basis so it’s best to call first when you want to have it done. :)
