Brow Lounge SM Megamall

This Brow Lounge Megamall branch has very poor service. I tried Brow Lounge Glorietta for so many times, and I only tried this Megamall branch this time. But their brow tidy service is so sub-standard as there were many excess hairs left after the procedure. My two brows were not even, because the one was overly trimmed. I even asked for some small hairs to be removed and cleaned. I even ask for a tissue to wipe the bleeding, which they must have already done.

This is by far the worst branch I’ve ever been to. I’ve already tried the Glorietta and Estancia branches and never had any issues there, but this experience was completely disappointing. The Brazilian waxing service lasted less than 5 minutes and was not done thoroughly at all. I was shocked to see that a lot of hair was still left after the procedure. They didn’t even bother to check if the area was already clean. In other branches, they even do plucking to remove any remaining hair and make sure everything is smooth and properly finished. Overall, the service felt rushed and careless. I expected much better quality, especially compared to their other branches.

Disappointing. The staff who did my Brazilian wax seemed to wanted to get it over with quickly which made the whole experience bad. (1) She didn't ask me if it was my first time, so she expected me to know how everything would go. (2) I told her I was still changing when I was getting ready but she still opened the door (I was literally half naked). (3) Her work was just hurried that (3.a) she wasn't able to wax everything properly and thoroughly, and (3.b) she didn't pat down the newly stripped areas to relieve the pain (I know this is the standard procedure). Overall, the staff just seemed to lack care and training to do things well. Seemed like they all just wanted to hang out than to tend to customers, really. My first and last experience here. I would not recommend it.

This used to be my go to branch but it seems their service has become sub standard. They do the braz waxing too fast without thoroughness. I ended up with a lot of hair stubble and some hair left. When I relayed my concern to the receptionist, she replied with a smirk and Ganun ba? Very disappointing. The owner should have her staff re-trained for customer service and quality services.

I think the negative reviews are a bit harsh, everyone was very nice and I was seated for my service immediately. The lady doing my service was very nice and clearly knew what she was doing. I would recommend, I am very happy with my service and the price too
