Brow Lounge GreenHills

I always go in Gh brow lounge for my eyebrows. Unfortunately one day, the one who does my brows had a client. So i was waiting, there was this staff who was just sitting ; she was doing nothing just busy with her cellphone, so i asked her if she can do my brows ( tidy) so that i won't wait for too long, the name of the staff is "giselle" greenhills branch. She refused. Not for anything but she was just too lazy to do the procedure. Next time don't hire a staff like her. Not to mention She was too arrogant as well. I hope the management can do something about this.

Eyebrow shaping not nearly symmetrical. Got MANY small lacerations due to the threading.

Finally, I got my lashes permed again! This time I got both lashes curled. There was no pain and the procedure was quick. The price is worth it! Thank you to the caring staff who assisted me from accommodation to the service they provided me. 🥰

Ugly service, afaik guys, they should be the same when it comes to eyebrow threading but here at the branch my eyebrows looked straight because of them. Don't visit this branch, others are better.
