Brow Lounge Festival Supermall

You get pretty much what you pay for. You're there in and out to get your service done but no flowery customer service. Rooms are also more like cubicles so you can hear clearly whats happening in other rooms. So much so that the staff have conversations with each other while in different rooms. For the price, I don't mind that at all. They get the job done and they give a really good price for it.

I went to brow lounge at Festival Mall today at December 19,2023 and they had such HORRIBLE service! The mall opens at 10 am and the employees got there at around 1130. I was there at around 11am and the counter was empty! There were 3 of us waiting there and i asked where the receptionist was and apparantly she was inside a room not attending to the customers and just video calling boisterously. Eventually, when she came out, she was pretty rude and I was asked to write my name and the service I wanted. After that, I was asked to sit down and wait. As I was waiting, that was the only time the employees were coming in and going inside the store to get ready for their shift but they just kept hanging out inside this room and didn’t even care about the customers when they already got to work an hour and a half late which was already around 1130am. The mall opens at 10am and accdg to google, they open from 9am-10pm. I waited for 30 mins on this chair and yet no one was attending to me. There were already 3 or 4 employees that went inside and just started chit chatting and video calling in a very noisy way. I saw one employee enter and someone asked for them but the cashier just said she's on her lunch break! She just went in and immediately took her lunch break while there were customers waiting! Maybe its almost christmas thats why they didnt care but regardless, that isn't a reason. They went there to work and not video call family members, and just chit chat as if it were their house. I am never going back to Brow Lounge at Festival Mall, the employees are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT FRIENDLY. I'm changing the place where I get my eyebrows done starting today after this HORRIBLE experience!

My partner decided to go here because she believed that their eyebrow threading is great. She went home sad and insecure because it wasn’t equally done, her right brow was threaded recklessly. Giving this branch 1 star for making her sad and feel bad about herself.

First of all, SNOBBY, rude receptionist. Couldn’t explain the difference between the services in a polite manner. If you’re the owner reading this, it’s either you tolerate such behavior or you need to up your screening process. Either way, di na ko babalik. When you get seated, expect a loud, almost palengke-like feels. And I mean ALL of them were on a loud speaking voice talking almost at the same time. Is this the ambience we’re going for here? Oh the 2 stars are for my kilays, I liked the end result. Trina was nice but still I can’t get over the loud voices, and that receptionist 🙃they really affected the experience.

Never a dull moment when I have my lashes done by my usual tech. Always classy and never overdone. Thank you Ms Princess for a job well done.
