BROW LOUNGE

I’ve been to Brow Lounge branches in Ayala Fairview Terraces and SM Sta. Mesa and always had a great, clean experience — but SM Fairview was a huge letdown. The place was dirty, with cockroaches crawling on the white brick-style wall and cobwebs in the corners. The waxing room also doubles as the staff break room, which just feels unhygienic. Worse, the staff weren’t wearing masks and kept talking to each other even while waxing my eyebrows — very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Hoping management takes action and improves the sanitation and customer experience here.

The service was absolutely rubbish. I asked for my brows to be cleaned, but all she did was lightly thread them and left what looks like a scar mark on my eyebrow. She then claimed it was because I already had a scar there, which is completely untrue. It honestly felt like she was trying to turn a simple eyebrow cleaning into eyebrow shaping just to charge me double for the service. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced such poor and disappointing service. Absolutely rubbish.

DISAPPOINTED!!! Bad service !!!! Visited the shop at SMF today afternoon for eyelash extensions since my technician is off today so had to try another. However, I’m so upset with the result of the Eyelash extensions I had. It’s already a redflag when the receptionist is not even greeting us nor looking at us. I guess her name is Cris or sounds like. I wanted to back out the time I step in. The receptionist didn’t even bother to offer any services not even a seat where there’s an empty chair available but my sister insisted to stay. The lady who did my lashes was in a hurry and jokingly said to her colleague “Paspasan mo” which is another ref flag as the lashes was done in less than 30 mins. Beforehand, they didn’t explain the difference between the lashes to be put on. Pinaupo lang ako nag mamadaling ilagay lahat para maka kuha pa ng isang customer. While doing my lashes they are talking of going out while on duty I assume. Kaya sinabihan nya un kasama nya na Paspasan. And ayun nga The results? So disappointing. After she had put on the lashes, I noticed that it’s really itchy and had asked her to check. When my sister is done with waxing, she immediately noticed na parang nasa gitna lang un lashes wala sa gilid. So had to come back to her sabi nya hindi daw kasi mahaba. Eh galing nga ako sa 13mm na length at maganda un gawa non gumawa sakin before. Wala n ko magawa gusto ko n lng umiyak sa upset ang true enough I saw them roaming around the mall around 7pm pa lang. Really disappointing sana makarating sa management

One of the worst experiences ever, i generally have thick eyebrows thanks to them i dont anymore, and instead of apologizing or do something to make up for me, the employee comes and pins on me saying that what o requested for???? U balding me wasnt in my options

they give me cuts on brow threading. never again
