I had an appointment at the Estancia Mall branch of Brow Lounge, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating and fair when calling clients—there was no favoritism, just genuine professionalism in serving whoever came first. It immediately gave a good impression. The place itself was very clean and smelled amazing, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. All of the staff were warm, approachable, and consistently kind, making you feel comfortable from start to finish. When it comes to their service, I can truly say they are highly recommendable. I’ve had a bad experience with another company before where my eyebrows were ruined, but thankfully, the Brow Lounge Estancia branch was able to fix and restore them. Since then, they’ve been the ones maintaining my brows, and I trust them completely. I 100% recommend them to anyone who hasn’t tried their services yet. There’s a reason why this branch has been gaining attention on TikTok—even a celebrity’s wife has recognized their quality service. It’s not just hype, it’s the kind of care and expertise you can genuinely feel.

Honestly, I’ve always had a really good experience here. Every visit, I feel well taken care of. The staff are gentle, professional, and consistent with their work, which really matters for brows. I always leave happy with how everything turns out. Special shoutout to Sheila and Angel. They’re both amazing at what they do. Super attentive, careful, and they make the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. You can tell they really care about their clients. I know everyone’s experience can be different, but I just wanted to share mine since it’s been consistently positive. It’s very disappointing. First of all, there was no notice anywhere in the store stating that appointments were strictly required. I arrived at exactly 7:58 AM, yet I was immediately turned away. When I asked how many customers were ahead of me and mentioned that I was willing to wait, I was simply told, “Basta ma’am, may waiting.” I respectfully explained that I didn’t mind waiting, but the staff replied, “Ma’am, isa lang kasi kami, cut-off na.” From what I understood, the issue wasn’t that there were many customers waiting, but that they had already implemented a cut-off. Moving forward, I hope the store can clearly communicate any appointment-only policy, cut-off times, or customer limits. This would help avoid situations where customers make the effort to travel only to be turned away upon arrival.

The staff and front desk are friendly and very welcoming. I especially appreciate the service from a girl named Shiela, she carefully followed my instructions during my threading. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of service at this branch.

Horrible experience. I was the only client on an early weekday afternoon, yet the staff member was clearly not happy I was there and kept chatting with the receptionist while threading my brows. I don’t know why she seemed to be in such a rush, she finished in about two minutes. She was also digging into my skin while threading my upper lips, even though I was visibly uncomfortable. The entire appointment probably lasted no more than 3 to 4 minutes, and the service felt rushed from start to finish. Go to the nearby Lay Bare or elsewhere.
