Ive been a customer for 6-7 years now, and Benefit has been my go-to for brow/lip waxing. First time to experience the staff/sales person doing hard sell while having brow waxing. I ended up purchasing the eyebrow pencil because she won’t stop talking (is very persistent) about it. Yeah sure she did a good job on my eyebrows (thats her job), but very disappointed with the upselling. Safe to say I will NEVER go back to this location. Beware if you’ll go to this branch inside the look store, they will make you purchase products.
Super happy with my brow wax experience! Ms. Andi really understood the exact shape and style that I wanted. Hindi siya nagmadali at all — talagang she took her time para maayos nang maigi yung brows ko, and she did it without any complaints. Very friendly and accommodating din the whole time, which made the experience even better. You can really tell that she cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommended!
Andi has achieved what I expected. She is good with aligning same level of my brows while doing the tint works, including clean up of my upper nd lower lip areas. Congratulations, my daughter me gave been your loyal customers since the last 5 years!!!
