Got the lash lift and tint which was great! Was offered the glow facial during the process as an add on and it was $125 about 10 minutes of less than what I normally do to cleanse at night and essentially just a face mask…would not recommend. Go for lashes only and save the $$$.

I had such an amazing experience at YUMI Lashes and honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. The space itself is beautiful, extremely clean, elegant, and feels very high-end. Erika did my facial and she was incredible. I came in with very dry, dehydrated skin, so she customized the entire treatment around what my skin actually needed. I had their signature HydraSpa facial and was so impressed with the machine and how many different functions it has. My treatment included deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, extractions, and different technologies to help with circulation, product absorption, and overall skin rejuvenation. Nothing felt generic or like the same facial they give everyone. Every step was tailored to my skin, which I really appreciated. The facial massage was also AMAZING and probably one of my favorite parts. We finished with what I believe was a YUMI Lashes papaya alginate mask, which felt so cooling and soothing. My skin looked incredibly glowy, dewy, plump, and hydrated afterward. The dryness was noticeably improved and my skin felt so soft and refreshed without feeling irritated or over-exfoliated. They also use beautiful high-end skincare throughout the treatment. I was so happy with my facial that I actually decided to stay longer and upgrade my visit with their Korean Lash Lift. I’ve had a lash lift at YUMI a few years ago and had a good experience, but this new Korean technique was NEXT LEVEL. My lashes look so lifted, separated, and defined while still looking completely natural. I’m attaching a photo because the results really speak for themselves. From the facial to the lash lift, the entire experience was exceptional. You can tell they really specialize in what they do and take customization seriously. I highly recommend coming here for facials, but specifically ask for the Signature HydraSpa Facial. And if you have time, add the Korean Lash Lift. I will absolutely be back.

I took the Yumilashes masterclass and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The owner and some staff were rude, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. I also felt I was treated differently because of my race. One of my biggest concerns was that students were required to sign an agreement stating that graduates could not charge below a minimum service price or they would no longer be supplied with products. As an independent business owner, I found this policy deeply concerning because it appeared to restrict independent pricing and raised serious antitrust and competition concerns. Overall, I did not feel respected or supported during the training, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this masterclass.

Terrible experience end to end. Went for a lash lift in preparation for my wedding. Within the first 12 hours there was flaking of residue (like glue) from the lashes. I asked for a refund (even a partial refund) and was told not possible because they have a no refund policy. Their website says nothing about a no refund policy. I don’t live in LA and am not able to go back for it to be fixed - they didn’t care about that and weren’t open to discussing a fair compensation for both sides. They also don’t wear gloves when doing lash lifts. They said they wash their hands but I didn’t see that and it didn’t seem hygienic to me.
